An absolutely increable album with errie twists and turns and spooky tones. A horror film soundtrack for this generation. I absolutely love it! Favorite track: Il Mistero.

"Mysteries and Prophecies of the Strega was an idea that started as far back as 2012 but has been brewing in my mind for as long as I can remember. Ever since hearing John Carpenter’s soundtrack to Halloween III: Season of the Witch, I've had the itch to write some type of horror styled electronic music. This, coupled with my love of horror movies, particularly older Italian giallo and gothic styles, brought me to this album. I wrote a full story in accompaniment, which still exists somewhere but likely won’t ever be released. It follows the journey of a young coven of witches, loosely based on the Benandanti, as they struggle to gain power in a world pitted against them. There are many deaths, rituals, possessions and resurrections. Evil wizards, benevolent witches, dreamwalking and crumbling earth. A battle on the astral plane - a great war above the sky in which most of the coven have their lives taken. And finally, a witch rising up to fulfill a prophecy.

"There is a lot to take in over the course of these 13 tracks. It's a journey that I hope you enjoy listening to as much as I enjoyed writing them."

Great record. wears it's influences proudly ..but retains a sliver of identity that is uniquely British and has a northern feel to it..I think that these geographic musical vignettes are realy evocotive of northern Newtown Uber estates and satellite communities..I hope this translates to a wider audience for him...he deserves the attention. give him his due .NOW . christopherogley

This is very close to what I heard/felt everytime we visited the grandparents in Runcorn. Ominous dread. Bleak dystopia. Concrete and terraced houses. Plus the air smells! MonkeyMajiks
