Stephen Parsick, born in Moers/Germany in 1972, got in touch with electronic music when he was still in his toddler days.
From 1983 to 1990 he took musical lessons in his hometown. In 1996, he founded his own band ['ramp]:

Parsick also collaborated with Klaus Hoffmann-Hoock aka Cosmic Hoffmann and released his first solo album "Traces of the Past" in 1998.

DJM is an absolute electronic god. This album just oozes classic Tangerine Dream and ok it's only 2 tracks but by crikey they are both beautiful things. I love the way it just flows and ebbs into a driving, pulsing beast.

Each of these tracks are skeleton keys that open a portal into another dimension. As such, they are all wonderful in their own right. This release reaches back in time to an age of analog semi-generative ambient exploration. Very much worth a listen.
