Stunning debut album by Bill Marshall, engineer of Vangelis’ Direct device inspired by Bill’s visits to Egypt. A combination of Vangelis, Tangerine Dream and Jean Michel Jarre with input from members of the progressive rock band Pallas.
Bill spent some years working with Vangelis building the controller for much of Vangelis’ work "Direct" after which Vangelis’ album was named. Bill also worked with Vangelis on "The City" after which he followed a career in developing control software. An accomplished bass player Bill began work on what was to become "Ankh" in the early 90’s.
