Traversing through aural soundscapes populated by quasar hums, insinuating melodic lines, hypnotic guitar arpeggios and well-oiled machinery, Gerard's latest is a sonic exploration into the realm of supernatural probabilities.

This album came between 2007's hallmark, "Moog Opus No.1" and 2009's "Rubaiyat." Here, Gerard explores loop-based song construction extensively, and includes use of electric guitar. As this album is propelled by rhythms almost as much as by sequencing, this disc could be considered "minimal techno" by some standards. The highlight for me is the opening track, where Gerard pays homage to Eberhard Shoener: "Kinesiology" has some great sonic twists and turns, and the second half of this 15-minute exploration is a page right out of Shoener's "Traceformation" period. - http://www.amazon.com/
