 Uwe Kremer has been composing and recording music since 2006, realizing his passion for modern electronica, progressive kraut rock, psychedelic post-punk and deep black romantic gothic rock. To date, Kremer has released seven critically acclaimed instrumental albums, including a collaboration with Swedish film and orchestra composer Thomas Rydell, and Hungarian British musician Dave Pearson known as Computerchemist. For him, music is like storytelling. If while reading the words "Level π" only higher mathematics comes to mind, then you obviously have not met Uwe Kremer. There are no complex equations hidden behind the names of the works of this Cologne musician - instead, you will find only vast and sweeping soundscapes and many guitars. On his fifth solo album, these stories will take you on different journeys: on a diesel train through the night, on a long journey through the depths of space, through the convolutions of Don Quixote's brain, or even in time. Between travels, you can take an acoustic break, philosophize at the Berlin School, or simply relax at home. Hypnotic sequences, analog or electronic rhythms, Kremer's soulful guitar and various electronic sounds and effects form the album. Classic sounds of moog, organ and mellotron, bass, drums and electric guitars show where Kremer's musical heart beats. In the spirit of the modern version of kraut rock, he experiments with loops and trip-hop beats and combines them with elements of classic EM. He skillfully combines sequences a la Berlin School with rock elements, or creates a dreamy atmosphere with synthesizers and reverb-soaked guitars, gradually transitioning into breakbeat driven passages.
