Spiritual Energy is a studio album by Brazilian composer and keyboard player Eloy Fritsch. This CD is a collection of tracks composed for film, TV and theater and offers instrumental music of seventies inspired keyboard symphonic/electronic progressive music and new age. The compositions are very melodic and emotive, with multi-layered instrumental textures.
Em seu novo disco solo, “Spiritual Energy”, Eloy Fritsch, conhecido músico integrante da banda de Rock progressivo Apocalipse, traz uma interessante trilha rumo ao que parece descrever a conquista ou descoberta de um novo mundo. Repleto de climas ora transpirando alegria, como na faixa título e também em “Garden of Angels”, ora tensão, caso de “The Prophecy” e da ótima “The Battle of Giant Dragonflies”, o disco vai agradar àqueles que curtem discos instrumentais ricos em melodias, bem como fãs que já sabem o que esperar dos trabalhos solos de Eloy, sempre cheios de detalhes que vão sendo descobertos a cada nova ouvida. As sonoridades trafegam na autoestrada do Rock progressivo, em determinados momentos mais oitentistas, como em “Warp Drive”, em outros mais setentistas, caso da intensa “The Duet”, além, é claro, das suas já reconhecidas imersões pela New Age. Mais uma vez Eloy entrega um trabalho de grande qualidade, que nos faz catapultar a imaginação, nos levando para lugares nunca antes explorados em nossa mente.

Eloy Fernando Fritsch (born 1968) is an electronic musician, keyboard player and main composer of Brazilian progressive rock band Apocalypse. As a solo artist he creates cosmic new-age music.
The album Sailing to the Edge presents all elements of Fritsch´s style: a full dynamic synthesizer sound, great melodies, overflowing with the power and passion, mixing intense uptempo rhythms and full grand-scale electronic orchestrations.
Eloy Fritsch's first album of pure EM with a moving structure that is closer to a symphonic electronic rock with shades of Jean-Michel Jarre and especially Vangelis who is the main essence of a very good business card from Eloy Fritsch, who is an excellent architect and composer, in the world of EM.
