The new solo album by DerHarms. Dark wave meets techno and krautrock. Hauke Harms started his musical career with the band Calling Dead Red Roses before gaining international fame with the Hamburg electro / gothic wave formation Girls Under Glass, with whom he released a total of 14 successful albums. He also devoted himself to various side and solo projects such as Trauma (together with Volker Zacharias / Gug), Ermes / Harms or DerHarms. His album "Neun schöne Lieder" (Nine Beautiful Songs) was a successful melange of dark wave elements, technoid components and a romantic Krautrock lifestyle, which can be clearly heard again in this latest work. The influence of the 70's cannot be ignored either. "Kosmische Kiffermusik Vol. 1" is a kind of liberation from the previously still existing patterns of structured compositions fused in an ingenious improvised cocktail of the most diverse electronic directions.
