Chris Harvey, an electronic artist, deftly weaves minimalist traditions into his forward-moving soundscapes. As an explorer of experimental organic ambient music, he remains true to his roots while absorbing influences from iconic artists such as Aphex Twin, Delia Derbyshire, FSOL, Thomas Dolby, and David Sylvian.

His debut album, "The White Sail" (1995), seamlessly blends haunting, lyrical melodies with inspired percussion and a rare sense of harmony. Instantly recognized for its potential, it was licensed by the Australian Nine Network and MTV.
