BurningTapes - Blood Runs Dry (2016)
This was inspired by the grim. Grot and glory of many an 80's genre film. It was recorded with primarily with analogue synthesisers and various electronic guitar manipulations to produce some moments that would remind me of these films. Hopefully it sounds like a new and fresh take on familiar themes. With an infusion of pop melody to brighten the occasional dark corner.

Bryce Miller - W A S P (2016)
Inspired by, and meant to serve as a soundtrack to, Stieg Larsson's Millennium Trilogy books. Bryce Miller's 'W A S P' comprises tense and brooding works for piano and layered synthesizers, alongside cold and insular drones - offset with delicate melodies. Mirroring Larsson’s characters and situations the pieces are sometimes calm and reflective, sometimes tense and filled with turmoil.
Bryce Miller writes: "Author Stieg Larsson's characters Lisbeth Salander and Mikael Blomkvist from the Millennium Trilogy are incredibly complex and haunting characters, faced with conflicts both internal and external. With this album I sought to write music for both their characters as well as the stark frigid climates of Sweden where the stories take place. The music sounds cold and claustrophobic at times with icy pads and brooding drones but is tied together by fragile emotional melodies that float above the dense layers of synth textures. I personally enjoy listening to music while reading and thought the idea of composing a book soundtrack while reading the Millennium Trilogy by Stieg Larsson would be exciting and rewarding. I am extremely proud of what resulted and I hope you enjoy it too!"

BurningTapes - Black Lake - Original Soundtrack (2019)
BurningTapes brings forth from the lake an eerie score of heavy filtering analogue synths and guitar manipulations in the score to the haunting and demonic 2019 film Black Lake by K/XI. Dripping in glassy cold reverb and abrasive Moog. Prepare for an uneasy listen.

Daniel Davies - Events Score (2018)
Best known as a collaborator and co-writer on the legendary John Carpenter's recent Halloween score - as well as his Lost Themes and Anthology albums - Daniel Davies now presents his debut album on Kent based imprint Burning Witches. Featured on this eight track LP is a captivating imaginary soundtrack: otherworldly instrumentals that expand on the British-American musician's distinct talent for wringing modernistic soundscapes from vintage synths. It brings to mind the classic synthesized scores of the '70s and '80s. In addition to his work with Carpenter (his godfather), Davies is known for his work with the rock bands Year Long Disaster, Karma to Burn and CKY.

Deathcount In Silicone Valley - Acheron (2015)
Inspired by several generations of electronic musicians, London-based Andrew Nixon uses analog synthesizers to craft darkish, monolithic and cosmic, sometimes sequencer-based electronic soundscapes that will be enjoyed by fans of early TD, Schulze, as well as those into Dark Space and even brighter forms of EM. - http://pugachov.ru/eem/da.html#DEATHCOUNTINSILICONEVALLEY

Composer / synth wizard Timothy Fife has established an impressive name for himself with his duo Victims, along with a string of solo albums, collaborations and compilation appearances on such esteemed labels as Death Waltz, Polytechnic Youth, Spun Out of Control, and Burning Witches. This new long-form work, Hoichi The Earless, provides an alternate soundtrack to the segment of the same name from the legendary Japanese horror film anthology Kwaidan. Full spectrum kosmiche sound for protection from evil.
Originally written and recorded for a live screening event hosted by Holodeck Records at last year’s SXSW happenings, these recordings offer over an hour of Technicolor electronics, a contemporary score for an ancient folktale.
