Delmak-O is the project of a prolific and multidimensional musician haling from Colorado. Cerulean Tomb is a masterpiece of atmosphere, melancholy, and dread. It takes the listener on a tour of emptiness, from the smothering heat and dust of a dead earth, to the silence and consuming vacuum of deep space travel, to the unforgiving alien cold of the ice planet Cerulean 02, and finally to the void that follows human life. The story is woven from a tapestry of rich analog synth and meditative melody, evoking the classic film soundtracks of musicians such as Vangelis and Wendy Carlos. This is an album to get lost in. ~ Nice Berlin-school/drone mixture albums.

Ivan The Tolerable - White Tears (2021)
A haze of woozy electric piano, ethereal synth, saxophone, and LSD dreams. The album opens on space-y synths and horn that feel like waking from a 12-hour surgery in gauzy anesthesia bliss. Imagine Eternal Tapestry, Get Up with it-era Miles, and Mort Garson taking a stab at Zeppelin’s “No Quarter” on some wine-soaked evening in a Biodome on the off-world colonies. A totally immersive record.
‘Gargantuan’ is the latest album from Stephen James Buckley’s Polypores project. The sound here was influenced by the sØlar-created artwork of concrete structures and flora mushrooming out of a landscape - appropriately, these stacked electronic soundscapes sound colossal and overwhelming.
Clandestine duo from France, exploring the fantasy works of the 20th American writer Clark Ashton Smith. Beginning with Poseidonis, each successive album will delve into one of Smith’s literary universes. Musical influences include: the Berlin School of electronic music, as well as early medieval/renaissance, and experimental composers of the mid 20th century.
