The British Stereo Collective - Mystery Fields (2021)
The British Stereo Collective is the retro electronica project of Phil Heeks. Phil grew up in the 1970s surrounded by the sounds of Geoff Love, TV and film soundtracks and BBC sound effect albums. His debut album ‘Mystery Files’ takes inspiration from this blending soundtrack samples and sound effects together to evoke the sound and atmosphere of early electronic music.

Voyag3r - New York Ninja (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) (2022)
Voyag3r is a three-piece (Steve Greene, Greg Mastin and Aaron Greene) keyboards / drums / guitars band from Detroit. They are influenced by progressive rock, vintage horror scores (Goblin, Carpenter, etc) and EM in general. Their style is flashy and driving, mixing real drums with melodic guitars and that typical horror synth vibe. - http://pugachov.ru/eem/v.html#VOYAG3R
Sounds Like: Michael Kamen, Robert J. Walsh, Stu Phillips
"Saturnalia sounds like looking into a crystal ball and seeing your past, present, and future all splayed out for you to contemplate and get a little woozy over. McKeown creates a patchwork of dream sequences and woozy psychedelia that range from low key groove and floating-in-space cosmic horror. “Electronic folk horror” was how it was described to me, and I gotta say I can get on board with that description. But there’s much more happening here. Moments I’m reminded of Colin Stetson’s excellent Color Out Of Space score, while other times there’s a real Tangerine Dream vibe, ala their Legend soundtrack"

Alone In The Woods - Help Is Not Coming (2021)
Alone in the Woods is a New York based duo of John Dobyns and Lonn Bologna, creating an atmospheric environment in which the listener can feel the jungle slowly closing in around him. While the pair drew on the stories of Yakumo Koizumi on their latest album, Help Is Not Coming pays homage to the cannibal genre. Blending the sounds of birds and the sound of water, using flutes, drums and other instruments that can be easily crafted from the flora and fauna of the deep jungle, the core of Dobyns and Bologna's music on this album makes it feel like it's talking to something primal. Complementing acoustic sounds with electronic aspects results in Help Is Not Coming becoming a cinematic journey down the beaten track into an unknown world.

Buio Mondo - Subumani Sotto La Cupola Del Terrore (2022)
In a submerged terrarium city under the sea, oxygen is scarce, societal classes differentiate the rich from the poor, and an unseen deity has totalitarian control over all... In this sci-fi concept album, Buio Mondo’s wonderful blend of synths and driving percussion, reminiscent of Vangelis and Carpenter, tells the story of a dystopian society that would not be considered far-fetched, given the stranger than fiction state of the world today we live in today.
John Carpenter / Goblin (more Goblin than JC) worship from this Spanish musician. A progrock / EM mixture based on the sounds of electric guitars, drums and lots of analog synths. - http://pugachov.ru/eem/bj.html#BUIOMONDO
